As an optional add-on to TruckMaster's EnVision Suite Of Products , we offer powerful yet easy to use web portals that extend your dispatching, communication, and customer visibility workflows beyond the office.

Customer Web Services Portal

Your customers may:

  • Tender loads to you
  • View real-time statuses of all tendered loads, throughout the life cycle of the load
  • Download invoice information and attached documents immediately after you receive them
  • Pay invoices online through the portal when online payments are enabled (for example, via PayPal)
  • Access detailed history for any loads you have handled for them.
  • View real-time locations and statuses of your available equipment
  • Real-time shipment visibility can also be enhanced through integrated tracking providers such as Project44, depending on your setup.

Carrier Web Services Portal

Your carriers may:

  • Bid on lanes that you have available
  • Bid on loads that you have available
  • Accept or decline loads you have tendered them
  • Update Statuses on their in-transit loads such as: ETA, Arrived, Unloaded, Departed, etc.
  • Upload their invoice and any supporting documentation
  • View real-time payment status on delivered loads
  • Access detailed history for any loads they have handled for you
  • Maintain locations and statuses for their available equipment
  • Self Service On-Boarding
  • Carrier onboarding and compliance workflows can be further automated using RMIS and TruckMaster’s Brokerage tools.

Dispatcher Portal

Your dispatch team may:

  • Access EnVision dispatch workflows from a web-based portal (mobile-friendly).
  • Create, update, and manage loads, trips, and stop details while away from the office.
  • View key dispatch information and load progress without needing a full desktop session.
  • Communicate and coordinate faster using the same TruckMaster workflow your team already knows.
  • Use it as an additional mobile tool for EnVision—similar to TruckMaster Lite in experience, but designed to complement EnVision operations.

Driver Portal

Allows you to:

  • Send load tenders directly to your company drivers AND/OR your outside carrier's drivers via the TruckMaster On-The-Go app
  • Get real time updates and positions
  • Communicate directly with the driver (both company AND outside carrier drivers)
  • See the truck on a map (both company AND outside carrier trucks)
  • Keep your customers in the know automatically with custom alerts

Your drivers (company AND outside carrier drivers) may:

  • Receive their load information directly on their phone or tablet via the TruckMaster On-The-Go app
  • Upload documentation such as BOL's, POD's, scale tickets, etc.
  • Communicate directly with dispatchers using the built-in messaging functionality
  • Update loaded or unloaded statuses with the click of ONE button
  • The TruckMaster On-The-Go app uses Geo-fencing to automatically send 'arrived' and 'departed' statuses
