EnVision Cloud – Product Edition Details
EnVision Cloud is a hosted version of our flagship EnVision TMS, tailored for smaller, single-company operations. You get the power of the EnVision Windows client and core back-office modules, without having to buy or maintain your own server hardware.
Who EnVision Cloud Is For
- Carriers and brokers that have outgrown basic tools and need true EnVision depth.
- Single-company operations that don’t need multi-company structures or heavy system administration.
- Teams that want TruckMaster to host and manage the environment, with a simple monthly subscription.
What You Get in EnVision Cloud
- Access to the EnVision Windows client with major operational modules enabled.
- Full internal accounting: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and more.
- Core settlement and payroll features for drivers and carriers.
- Secure hosting on TruckMaster hardware – no local server required.
- A selected set of key integrations appropriate for smaller operations.
How EnVision Cloud Differs from Other Editions
- Compared to Lite: Cloud adds the full EnVision accounting, settlements, and deeper system capabilities that smaller fleets often grow into.
- Compared to Cloud XL: Cloud is designed for a single company and a simpler security model, on a shared virtual machine managed by TruckMaster.
- Compared to Enterprise: Cloud is subscription-based and hosted by TruckMaster; you do not have to purchase server hardware or a perpetual license.
When to Consider Upgrading to Cloud XL or Enterprise
EnVision Cloud is ideal while you’re a single-company operation with modest integration and security needs. As you grow, you may want:
- Cloud XL – when you need a dedicated virtual machine, more control of security and features, and a broader set of integrations.
- Enterprise – when you want to own your license, run on your own hardware (or dedicated hosting), and unlock every advanced EnVision capability we offer.
