TruckMaster Standard Website Interfaces

This page is a demonstration of some of the features that you could incorporate into your own website using the TruckMaster system.

In addition to supplying companies you work with every day with live data from your system, you may also utilize the interfaces for secure, convenient communications. (see Carrier Options>In transit)

Please note that each option has a Customer # and Password field. These are controlled by you on your TruckMaster system. You have complete control over who is able to log on to your TruckMaster web page, and complete control over what each sees.

Please feel free to play with it all you would like! You don't need to change any of the fields, just press the "submit" buttons where you are interested in seeing the results.

Carrier Options

  • In-transit - Allows Carriers to easily enter 'In transit' information on Trips you have tendered to them. As soon as they enter information on the website the Trip is automatically updated in your TruckMaster system.
  • Load History – Carrier may query your TruckMaster system to see all loads tendered to them by Ship and Drop Date Ranges, Origin, and Destination City, BOL#, PO#, and even Trailer #.
  • Tendered Shipments – Allows Carriers to respond to loads you have tendered to them. From this screen they may accept or deny the shipments for transport. The response will immediately update your TruckMaster system.

Customer Options

  • Load Query - Allows your customers to view all of the shipments you are managing for them, the current status of the shipment, how many miles from pick up or delivery it is, or if it has arrived the actual arrival date and time.
  • BOL Query – Provides your customer with a current Customer Statement, listing your invoices, the date billed, age, amount, and the name of the document image (if any) sent with the Invoice.

Receiver Options

  • Allows any facility receiving loads in your TruckMaster system to quickly see when the shipments are scheduled for delivery, the current load status, how many miles away the truck is, and if it has already arrived the actual date and time of arrival and/or departure.

Shipper Options

  • Allows any facility shipping loads in your TruckMaster system to quickly see when the shipments are scheduled for delivery, the current load status, how many miles away the truck is, and if it has already arrived the actual date and time of arrival and/or departure.

Management Options

  • Provides a customizable set of reports or graphics that Management may use to monitor operations.

  • Provides a place where your customers may view where you have available equipment, and send you a message requesting additional information.
