If you have truck lights that you need to ensure are going to be able to work as you drive down a dark, country road, then there are some things you should do to ensure they will work.

One of the things some truck drivers fail to realize is the fact that it is important for them to be aware of how the lights on their truck are placed much higher than lights on other vehicles. This is a potential hazard since truck lights are usually beaming into the eyes of the person driving toward you.

That does not mean that you cannot use your lights, it simply means you should try to be as aware of the other drivers around you as you can. Truck lights are certainly necessary, but do not go overboard in getting the absolute brightest lights you can find. If you do, you may cause problems on the road.
