Side step bars offer ease of exit and entry to your tall truck. Side step bars were designed for this function – especially since lift kits have become more and more popular. People needed ways to mount up into their huge truck.

Sometimes a nerf bar can take the place of side step bars and are alternately referred to as nerf bars. Side step bars are really just bent tubular steel, coated any way you want it, that wraps around the side of your truck.

Side step bars are also known as step bars, side steps, sport bars and tube steps. Whatever you call them, if your truck is huge, you’re going to need a little boost to get into your cab!
