Custom truck grills and grill inserts are one of the quickest, easiest ways to drastically change the look of a truck. They are usually made from billet aluminum or stainless steel. Many can also be powder coated in black, silver or white. Installation of most grills is incredibly simple and takes less than an hour from start to finish.

Hundreds of different types of mesh custom truck grills are on the market. Billet style grills, which feature slick horizontal lines have been a popular favorite for years. Manufacturers are developing more radical, eye-catching design all the time. Stainless steel overlays, which can be custom cut, add serious flair to trucks and SUVs.

Grill guards and brush guards are an excellent way to protect custom truck grills. Some are bulky and may be a bit overwhelming if the grill is to be the prominent feature of the front end. Other types of grill guards simply frame the grill and are virtually invisible. As an alternative to a standard grill or brush guard, reinforcement bars may be mounted behind many custom truck grills.
